To Behold The Beauty Of The Lord - Part 3
“One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple.”
Psalm 27:4
How does ministering to the Lord enable us to see the beauty of the Lord?
It is because, as David had earlier written, “In Your presence is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11), Who’s joy we receive while ministering to our Lord, for we are praising God exclusively for Who He is and what He has done, and this is all beautiful.
God is beautiful and what He has done is beautiful.
When we minister to the Lord we are allowing ourselves to be surrounded exclusively by our God. His beauty is overwhelming and it is intended to be this way for us.
God wants us all, as David also wrote, to “taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8), so that we will all keep coming back for more of His goodness, more of His presence, more of His beauty, and more of His renewing life, every single time we draw near to m minister to Him..
Dwelling in God’s house always leads to seeing God’s beauty. Abiding in God’s presence, ministering to Him as a member of His blood-bought kingdom of priests (Revelation 5: 9-10), humbly and joyfully worshiping before Him, puts us in the best place possible for us to truly and continually “behold the beauty of the Lord.”
Remember, in ministering to our Lord, we are in God’s presence and it is all about Who He is and what He has done. In ministering to our Lord, we are blessed to leave the world behind us as we go into our “inner room” and “close the door,” exactly as Jesus taught us (Matthew 6:6). God is beautiful and when we step into His presence, His beauty awaits us.
O beloved of God, wrap yourself up in the beauty of your Lord today as you minister to Him in His presence. Do this and you will be saying on a regular basis, “One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple.”

As many of you may already know, for nearly half of a century, Rev. Wayne and the "Let's Talk About Jesus" radio program, and the entire Loving Grace Ministries fellowship, have been dedicated to the singular pursuit of preaching the pure, unadulterated truth of the Gospel; calling all souls unconditionally to continually seek, and come to know, the greatest possible actualization of the fullness and depth of the tremendous love our Lord Jesus Christ offers freely to each and everyone. Though the world has changed drastically over these past decades, our mission and our message (and perhaps most importantly - the Gospel itself!) remain ever the same.
We are incredibly grateful and humbled that in His divine providence, through your gracious freewill support, enabling Loving Grace Radio to reach listeners from all over the world, we have been able to continue following our Lord's apostolic directive to "go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation" (Mark 16:15).
We aren't planning on slowing down any time soon (Lord willing!)...
