Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:
“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord” Genesis 6:8
This verse from Genesis shows us that God’s grace has always been intended to be saving grace.
Noah walked with God and God loved Noah. When destruction came upon the earth because of the wickedness of man, Noah was exempt, because of the grace and favor of God.
Noah was saved by grace, and so are you and I. “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)” (Ephesians 2:4-5).
You and I today are walking with God and God loves us. You and I are not only exempt from destruction, but we are blessed with favor and grace in this life.
Life on top of life is what our God gives us in Jesus Christ. God has made us into new creations and He has given us new life in Himself.
As we walk daily with our Lord, His favor and grace are upon us, even as we are blessed to look into His eyes, in His very presence as we minister unto Him with thanksgiving, and see grace.
Yes, today, walk with God into His presence, take time to look into the eyes of your Lord in worship, and see His grace looking back at you. Bless Him. Thank Him. Praise Him. And then walk with God throughout this rest of this day with His grace, favor, and goodness upon and within you, giving thanks to your Father in the name of Jesus! Hallelujah!
