Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations”

Psalm 100:4-5

Would you like to live your Christian life absolutely sure, without a doubt, that “His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations?” There is just one way and this is to simply “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise” today and everyday.

Why?

Well, how else can we confess that His lovingkindness is everlasting unless we start now and let God begin to show us, in His presence, without fail, that indeed His lovingkindness is everlasting, ever-sustaining, ever-fulfilling, ever-joyful, and ever-faithful, every day?

This Psalm strongly exhorts us to enter His gates and His courts, continually. It is when we have entered His gates and are now in “His courts,” with thanksgiving and praise, that we are in the presence of a steady, humbling, and awesome manifestation of the lovingkindness and faithfulness of our Lord God.

He has saved us, drawn us to Himself, and here we are now, in “His courts with praise,” as a “royal priesthood” (1 Peter 2:9) unto our God. Thank You Lord!

Such lovingkindness! Such faithfulness! Just look at how blessed we are!

I was dead in my sin and now I live close to Him, within, with my Good Shepherd, my High Priest, my Savior, Lord and King, Jesus my forever Messiah God.

I “enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise” because I am forever grateful to my God and I want to be as close as possible to Him, with Him, in His presence before Him, because His lovingkindness is everlasting and I need that covering over the whole of my life.

“The Lord is good.” We “enter His gates with thanksgiving” as His priests because we are drawn to His goodness. Our entrance into His courts is the proof of our belief in and our hunger for God’s goodness.

Let thanksgiving and praise flow from your inner “courts” to God in His presence throughout this day. In this way, your life becomes a living testimony to God’s everlasting lovingkindness and faithfulness towards you. Hallelujah!
