I Will Give You Thanks Forever, Because You Have Done It

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“I trust in the lovingkindness of the Lord forever. I will give You Thanks forever, because You have done it”

Psalm 52:8-9

Do you notice right away in these words of David from the 52nd Psalm that, in his mind, trusting in God’s lovingkindness and giving Him thanks went hand in hand?

Yes, just like David, allow yourself this day to behold God’s love for you and then immediately give Him thanks.

Beholding God’s love and having an immediate response of giving Him thanks cultivates a sensitive and grateful heart within you towards all that your Lord has done for you.

Hallelujah Abba Father and Lord Jesus, “I will give You Thanks forever, because You have done it.”

Jesus Christ has done it all for us and the more that we give Him our thanks, specifically, for what He has done for us, the more we are further able to realize and receive insight into exactly the things we are thanking Him for!

By thanking God in His presence directly, “I will give You thanks,” we see more clearly, in His light, the very things we thank Him for. His light shines upon us, upon the very attribute we praise Him for, and His word is quickened within us, and our faith and understanding grows.

Beloved child of God, I encourage you this day to “trust in the lovingkindness of the Lord” by going directly to Him and saying, “I will give You thanks forever, because You have done it.” Amen!

Hallelujah!
