He Will Make Your Paths Straight

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”

Proverbs 3:6

Thank God that He is here to make our paths straight. 

When we put Christ first in all our ways, fixing our eyes upon Him, then God is able to make all our paths straight. 

How does He do this? 

God makes our paths straight through making us straight. In our acknowledging Christ first in all our ways, we become focused completely upon Him, and so we are always walking in a straight line towards Him. This is much better than wandering around and wondering where God is. 

There is no more wandering and no more wondering when we acknowledge Christ first over our lives and in all our ways. It’s like what the Scripture says about how “we walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). We don’t walk with our eye upon our path, trusting in our own sight, but with our eyes upon Him, Who makes our path straight. We walk by faith, trusting in His sight, not our sight. 

If you ever don’t know which way to go, put Christ first and He will always make your path straight by leading you straight to Himself. Remember, it is Jesus Who said “I am the way” (John 14:6). 

Joyfully acknowledge Jesus as your Way and He will beautifully make your way straight this day. Hallelujah!
