“For Glory And For Beauty”

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“For Aaron’s sons you shall make tunics; you shall also make sashes for them, and you shall make caps for them, for glory and for beauty. You shall put them on Aaron your brother and on his sons with him; and you shall anoint them and ordain them and consecrate them, that they may serve Me as priests”

Exodus 28:40-41

Our Father God clearly looks at being a “a priest to Me” (Exodus 28:1) as something truly glorious and beautiful.

This is God’s Own anointing, ordination, and consecration for us, the body of Christ in this day, that we would be His Own “royal priesthood” (1st Peter 2:9) so that He might fill His church with His Own glory and beauty.

Our Heavenly Father wants us to step into our priesthood, “for glory and for beauty,” so that all Christians would be crowned with this same precious anointing.

Our Holy Father wants us to step into our priesthood also so that this world might behold His glory and beauty, upon His Own children, even as we joyfully, humbly, and gratefully respond to the call of our priesthood.

Every time we minister to the Lord we step into the anointed glory and beauty of His presence. This is a wonderful anointing, which this world cannot comprehend, and even most Christians are still unaware of, but oh the glory and beauty God wishes to display over His Own church, that all would respond to Him as His kingdom of priests.

King David desired to minister to the Lord so that, “I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple” (Psalm 27:4).

Let us minister to our God in His presence this day, so that His beauty and glory may be upon us, as a testimony of our God to His Own people and to this world.

God wanted all the people of Israel to see glory and beauty upon Aaron and his sons as they went in and came out from ministering to the Lord. Let God display His glory and beauty upon you today, as you minister to the Lord in the beauty of His presence, so that all might see how glorious and beautiful “ministering to the Lord” (Acts 13:2) truly is.

Our God is glorious and beautiful! Hallelujah!
