Always Give Thanks Through Jesus Christ To Our Father

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord”

Romans 7:25

Beloved child of God, here is one guaranteed way for your thanksgivings to God to become fully enlivened for you and God honoring to Him, and that is for you to specifically give thanks to the Father through Jesus Christ.

Our Father has designed it this way, that every one us, in approaching Him, will directly go to, and then through, our Lord Jesus Christ unto Him, every time.

It is just as Paul wrote to the Colossians, “Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of our Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father” (Colossians 3:17).

If you are awakened to God’s will being for your life to be firmly founded upon and within Jesus Christ, your indwelling resurrected Savior, then you will gladly understand your Abba Father’s blessed wisdom, that in all things we would be aware of and go first to Christ, in our every approach to our Father. In this way, by always going to our Father through Jesus Christ, we honor Christ our Mediator, “There is one mediator also between God and men, the man Jesus Christ, who gave Himself as a ransom for all” (1 Timothy 2:5-6). And, “But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises” (Hebrews 8:6).

This is your precise way of all God honoring praise, to always have Christ first, in your heart and mind, approaching Abba Father through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ within you. “God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts crying, ‘Abba! Father!’” (Galatians 4:6).

You are immensely blessed when you understand this wisdom, for your benefit, of this faithful approach to God in thanksgiving, and in all things. Always go through the Son to the Father and you will never forget the Son, and this blesses your Father!

Yes, begin this day to vastly improve your Christian experience by “Always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father” (Ephesians 5:20).

You will very quickly see the value in doing this, and you will never want to stop. Praise God!

Determine this day, as a first ministry in your own life, to always go to the Father in all things through your loving Lord Jesus Christ.

Start this day and every day, beloved, by saying, “First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ” (Romans 1:8). Hallelujah!
