We Abide In God

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”

1 John 4:16

How can we know more surely that God is living in us?

Abide in His love.

To abide means to remain, to rest, to know where you are, and Who you are with, and to stay there.

Abide with Jesus Christ in His love.

Abide with Abba Father in His love.

Abide with the Holy Spirit within you, in His love.

Abiding in God’s love, resting and remaining in His love, is our sure way of knowing that He is living within us.

God’s love clears up everything, and is the constant assurance of His presence.

Let us abide with gratitude, humility, joy, and peace in the love of our indwelling Lord today. Hallelujah!
