Being Satisfied With God’s Goodness
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“‘I will fill the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people will be satisfied with My goodness,’ declares the Lord”
Jeremiah 31:14
This is such a divine and awesome blessing which our loving and gracious God has given us - to be truly satisfied, in this life, with His Own goodness.
Our daily ministering to the Lord, as awakened priests in His presence, keeps us ever aware and in touch with our soul’s true satisfaction, in our indwelling Savior Himself, in “Christ, who is our life” (Colossians 3:4).
The Hebrew word for “satisfied” in this verse is “sabea,” which means, “to be sated, satisfied, continually, drink their fill, fed them to the full, filled, get enough, glutted, have in plenty, have it in excess, have abundance, saturates.”
This is precisely what happens to us in the presence of our Lord. As we minister in our priesthood to God, He fills our souls with His Own abundance, and we are satisfied with His goodness as a result, because in His presence we do drink our fill and we are fed to the full, in Himself.
God “saturates” us in His presence with His Spirit and goodness. God pours forth His goodness “in plenty, in excess, in abundance.”
So, if ever we are not satisfied, then this is the call for us to once more enter as a priest before our Lord in His presence, ministering to Him, while He faithfully fills and refreshes us with the abundance of His Own goodness. Hallelujah!
