A Dwelling Of God In The Spirit

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

A Dwelling Of God In The Spirit

“Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit”

Ephesians 2:20-22

Praise God for His grace and love, in that He has made each one us “into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.”

I encourage you to see yourself this way. You are “a dwelling of God in the Spirit.”

When we minister to our Lord we enter His presence, we worship, we seek His face, we wait upon the Lord, and all of this is wonderful. But don’t miss this blessed truth that your God sees you as His “dwelling.”

You are a place that God loves to dwell.

It is God’s desire to dwell in you and it is your blessing to attend to Him in His presence, being transformed even as you bless His holy name.

Learn to see yourself as His dwelling and gratefully enter His presence.

The more you do this the more you will grow in worship and in the understanding of yourself as a priest unto God “ministering to the Lord” (acts 13:2) in His resting place.

Through the prophet Isaiah, in the Old Testament, God asked ,“Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place where I may rest?” (Isaiah 66:1). O bless the Lord that, by His grace and divine love, He has made us His resting place, “a dwelling of God in the Spirit.”

Say Yes to God today. Let Him rest and dwell in you as you Praise Him. O thank You Lord. Hallelujah!
