Thanking God For The Good Part
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:
“Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.”
Luke 10:42
“Mary, who was seated at the Lord’s feet, listening to His word.”
Luke 10:39
Praise God! Whenever we desire to be renewed with “the good part” in our lives in Christ, all we need to do is sit at the feet of Jesus, as close as we can be, just us with our Lord God, abiding in His presence and listening to His word.
Oh I bless God that “the good part” can not be taken away from us because “the good part,” the best part, is that Christ is in us, and He has made us to be a temple of the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 3:16). How can this be taken away?
Praise His name! Yes, Bless the Lord.
However, many a believer’s inner temple is in disrepair due to neglect, which may come from one’s not even being aware of this great gift, and responsibility, from God - for us to be the people of His presence, His Own beloved “royal priesthood” as the apostle Peter wrote (1st Peter 2:9). This is where “the good part” is. This is where “the good part” lives and thrives in resurrection life, abiding with our Lord in His presence, as His priesthood, the sheep of the pasture of our Good Shepherd, Whose voice we delight to hear. Hallelujah!
Thank You Lord so much for blessing us with “the good part.” May we always walk in the light of Your countenance, where “the good part” is, so we may always be near You, being filled with Your Spirit, living in harmonious accord with Your word and will at all times, so that Your glory and Name may be known, and adored, by all. In Jesus’ Name, may this become true for all of Your children everywhere. Amen.
Yes, take some special time today to thank God for “the good part” which can never be taken away from you! Hallelujah!
