Walking with Grace And Favor

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

Walking with Grace And Favor

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord”

Genesis 6:8

This verse from Genesis shows us that God’s grace has always been intended to be a saving grace.

Noah walked with God and God loved Noah. When destruction came upon the earth, because of the wickedness of man, Noah was exempt, because of the grace and favor of God.

So, Noah was saved by grace, and so are you and I. “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)” (Ephesians 2: 4-5). You and I, in this day, are walking with God and God loves us with “His great love.” You and I are not only exempt from destruction by grace, but we are also blessed to live with God’s favor and grace, upon and within us, in this life and forever!

Life on top of life is what God gives us in Jesus Christ. God has made us a New Creation. He has given us new life in Himself. And, as we walk daily with our Lord, His favor and grace are upon us, even as we are blessed to look into His eyes of grace, in His presence, ministering to Him with thanksgiving, love, and gratitude.

Yes, today, look into the eyes of your Savior, your beloved Lord and God, as you minister to Him in His presence, and find grace looking back at you. Bless Him. Thank Him. Praise Him. Hallelujah!
