It Is Good For The Heart To Be Strengthened By Grace
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“Do not be carried away by varied and strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace”
Hebrews 13:9
Strange teachings carry us away from our necessary awareness of Jesus Christ, whereas God’s grace always strengthens our heart in Jesus.
It is good to be strengthened in Christ. It is not good to be carried away from Christ.
If we look at the whole world of Christianity, we can easily see how a vast volume of teachings have collectively carried us away from the centrality and Lordship of Jesus Christ over His own body. The entire body of Christ needs to be strengthened in grace.
It starts with us, as individual children of God, saying yes to Jesus and His grace, while saying no to varied and strange teachings. Teachings may fascinate the mind and stimulate desires, but the grace of Jesus Christ, and our complete trust in His grace, always strengthens our heart in God and ministers to our spirit.
Grace will always point you to Jesus for, as John wrote, Jesus is “full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).
Do not let others, who themselves are not aware of grace, carry you away from God’s grace, with their various teachings.
Stand and be strong in the grace of God within you and your own life will be balanced and centered on Christ your solid rock. Each individual Christian who is strengthened in the grace of God lends greater strength to Jesus Christ’s body here on earth.
Today, may you keep responding to, and be strengthened by, the grace of God. Hallelujah!
