Joyously Drawing Water From The Springs Of Salvation

Today’s Word of Encouragement From Wayne:

“‘Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.’ Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation. And in that day you will say, ‘ Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; make them remember that His name is exalted.’ Praise the Lord in song, for He has done excellent things”

Isaiah 12: 2-5

Beloved child of God, you have within you, right now, “springs of salvation” from which God bids you to “joyously” draw water from. Yes, draw water today from your inner springs and drink joyously, in the presence of your Lord.

Every time we draw near to God in order to draw water from the springs of salvation, we are declaring “God is my salvation,” for it is to Him that we are coming for life, nourishment, strength and oneness.

We are drinking the living waters of our Lord Jesus Christ, Himself, Who said, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water” (John 7:37-38).

Once more we are blessed to behold our Savior not only declaring to be Messiah but also declaring to be the fulfillment of scripture regarding Messiah, just “as the scripture said.”

“From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.” That moment is now for you and I, as we drink deeply, continuously, and joyously from the “springs of salvation.” Because of Jesus Christ, we have springs of salvation within us that are becoming flowing rivers of living water as we joyously draw and drink. Hallelujah!

Jesus also said, “But the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life” (John 4:14). God spoke through Isaiah of “springs of salvation” and Jesus spoke of “a well of water springing up to eternal life.” Oh praise our God that He carefully plants the seed of the word in prophecy so we might see the fulfillment and fruit of the word in Jesus Christ, our God, Who is our salvation.

In this day, it is now for you just as it was foretold; bless His holy name! Because God has become your salvation, in Jesus Christ, “therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation.” Draw and drink the living water of Jesus Christ today and let that drink become a river of living water within you, springing up to eternal life, in Jesus’ name.

PS. And while you are there, in His presence, drinking Him in, don’t forget to “praise the Lord in song, for He has done excellent things.” Hallelujah!
