When God’s Face Is Shining Upon Us
Today’s Word of Encouragement from Wayne:

"O God, restore us and cause your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved"
Psalm 80:3
We know we are restored when God’s face is shining upon us, just like sheep in the presence of a loving shepherd, as David declared of the Lord his shepherd when He wrote, “He restores my soul” (Psalm 23:3). The restoration of our soul is beautifully accomplished as we return to and remain in the presence of Jesus Christ our Good Shepherd. The face of your Shepherd is shining upon you right now, bathing you with divine love and light.
Learn to receive and live in the light of your Shepherd’s face, for in His Presence is where you are assured of your salvation. God restores us to Himself and, truly, this is our mutual joy, to be with each other forever. God’s face shines when His sheep are with Him. Actually God face shines all the time but we only see this when we are living in our glorious restoration, the sheep who love our Shepherd so much that we always want to be right at His side. For it is as David also wrote in the 39th Psalm, "With You is the fountain of life; in your light we see light" (Vs. 9).
In the light of God’s face shining upon you with goodness, this is where you are able to see light and see all things within the light of His light, His face shining light. Bless You o Lord. Thank You for restoring our soul so we may be with You, always, in Your Presence, with Your face shining upon us. Hallelujah!
