Today’s Word of Encouragement from Wayne:

Into This Sheepfold Of Oneness With Our Shepherd

"No one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater then all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one"

John 10:28-29

We are the most blessed sheep of our Shepherd. Such love, such infinite care is being poured out upon us. When our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, tells us, "no one will snatch them out of My hand," He reveals to us in this verse that He is saying so with the full authority, power, and eternal assurance that comes from almighty God the Father Himself on our behalf. And, our Savior reaffirms, for our benefit, that there is no way on heaven or on earth that His promise to us, of His total care and protection, could ever be broken, for He then tells us; in addition to His word being in complete agreement with "My Father,“ that ”I and the Father are one." This is the revelation, the understanding that we are not talking merely of sheep and a shepherd. We are given here the heart and goal of the matter, as Jesus expressed earlier in John 10, "I know My own and My own know Me, even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father " (Verses 14-15).

Jesus and our Father are one, and our Shepherd is shepherding us, constantly, into this sheepfold of oneness with Him, even as He and the Father ARE one. Every day come closer to this eternal state of being in oneness that Jesus Christ has prepared for us and is always leading, gently shepherding us towards. Live in oneness with God moment by moment and the thought will never even occur to you of being snatched. The Father and Jesus are one and noone or nothing could ever separate them. Jesus wants you to know that the same is true for you with Him. Just like He and the Father are one enter into in a state of continual restoration. The Hebrew word for restore is “shub” and its principal meaning is, "to turn back, bring back, return, repent."

You see, restoration is not about what we formerly had in this world. Restoration is about what our soul never had, namely being with God. We become fully restored as we are fully brought back to our Shepherd. Today, receive your ongoing restoration. God is restoring you within yourself so that you may live in perfect restoration with Himself. Perfectly restored forever, so are you, His sheep, forever in oneness with Him, your Shepherd and your Father Who "is greater than all." Receive this and be a happy, grateful sheep today. Hallelujah!
