Rejoice In What Is Good

Today’s Word of Encouragement from Wayne:
"Now therefore arise, O Lord God, to Your resting place, You and the ark of Your might; let your priests, O Lord God, be clothed with salvation and let Your Godly ones rejoice in what is good"
2 Chronicles 6:41
As Solomon closed his prayer, dedicating the temple he had built to God, as a place for the Lord to dwell and be worshiped, Solomon exhorted the priests to be “clothed with salvation” and to "rejoice in what is good." It is good when you and I, as New Covenant priests unto our God, enter our inner room to be with our Lord, so we may be “clothed with salvation” in His presence and “rejoice in what is good” before Him. For the Lord God is our salvation and our song.
It is He Who has clothed us with garments of salvation. When we enter God’s presence to worship and honor our Lord, we are showing Him that we recognize and are thankful for our beautiful garments. Our garments of salvation look best in God’s presence. And we rejoice in what is good. God is good. His gifts are good. His covering is good. His presence is good.
Rejoice and rest with God in His resting place today, within you. Rejoice in what is good. Rejoice in Who is good. Hallelujah!
