Joyful In My House Of Prayer

Today's Word of Encouragement from Wayne:

Joyful In My House Of Prayer

"The foreigners who join themselves to the Lord, to minister to Him, and to love the Name of the Lord... even those I will bring to My holy mountain and make them joyful in My house of prayer"

Isaiah 56: 6-7

Praise God, my brothers and sisters in Christ, when we "join" ourselves "to the Lord, to minister to Him, and to love the name of the Lord" He makes us "joyful in My house of prayer." Yes, priest of God (1st Peter 2:9), ministering to the Lord is always your sure path into God’s house, into His Own presence, with joy and love.

I am a foreigner who has joined himself to my Lord. As Scripture says, "Remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who were formerly far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one [Jew and gentile (foreigner)] and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the law of commandments contained in ordinances [the old covenant], so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man [through one new covenant for both], thus establishing peace" (Ephesians 2: 12-15). Yes, thank You God, through my "Lord" and "priest forever" (Psalm 110: 1&4), Jesus Christ, I now have peace with and in God, because He has established a "better" and "everlasting covenant" (Isaiah 55: 3, Hebrews 7: 22, 8: 6).

I have joined myself to my Lord, that I may minister to Him and love the name of Jesus, and He has made me "joyful" in His house. He has brought me to Himself and I praise His name forever.

Through Jesus Christ each of us have been given this grace, in a new covenant, to join ourselves forever to our Lord. God entreats us, via our priesthood, to be joyful in His house of prayer.

Rejoice today, for we once were "the foreigners," far away from God, and now we are ministers to our God, loving His name in His Own presence.

"To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood - and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father - to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen" (Revelation 1: 5-6). Join yourself to God today and love His name in His presence. Be joyful. Yes, praise You Lord! Hallelujah!
