Set Your Mind Here For Life And Peace

Today's Word of Encouragement from Wayne:
"The mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace"
Romans 8:6
What is your mind-set? God’s word tells us in this verse that if our mind is set on the flesh then death is the result. There is no spiritual life for us if we dwell upon the flesh (ours or somebody else’s). However God offers us a much more attractive and effective mind-set and that is to, praise God, fix our mind on the Spirit.
Let your new default mind-set be upon the Spirit and the things of the Spirit of God and you will always be aware of life and peace. Jesus Christ has conquered death for us so now let us humbly, and gratefully embrace, and fix our full attention upon, the Spirit of God. This is how we may joyfully live day-by-day in resurrection life, every day of our life. Hallelujah!
