While most Christians may be aware of the work of the cross for unbelievers; in repentance, atonement, and salvation, how many Christian's understand and appreciate the continuing work of the cross in our lives, as we "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ"(2nd Peter 3:18)?
