Be Renewed

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“Be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth”

Ephesians 4:23-24

Beloved child of God, there are a lot of ways that we might “be” today, based upon our circumstances and feelings, but God’s word encourages us to “Be renewed.”

Be renewed now, in the present moment. Be renewed as your state of being. Be renewed because, in Jesus Christ, you are a “new creature.”

When we step into our renewal in Christ and put on our “new self,”that’s when we discover that our new self is our true self. Amen.

This world can be so hard, cold, and filled with tribulations. So our Lord of love, Jesus Christ, has made us new, in Himself, and He offers us the presence and protection of perpetual newness with Him, living in the reality of “Be renewed.”

After all, what is the alternative to being renewed - staying stuck in the old? Being renewed sounds much better than that.

Being renewed is God’s daily gift of life and love to you in Jesus Christ.

Practice the blessing of “Be renewed” every day and pretty soon “Be renewed” will be the place you always want to “be” - and that’s so good.

Thank You Lord that You are our renewal.

Hallelujah!
