When Jesus hung at Calvary on our behalf He said, "My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?" Even though He felt that He had been abandoned by God, Jesus nevertheless fully and ultimately abandoned Himself to God with His final breath, "Into Your hands I commit My Spirit."
