Sweet fellowship with brothers and sisters on a quiet mountainside early in the morning, a simple message of God’s love and grace, beautiful music of voices and guitars. Worship In The Woods has been my oasis. It has helped me get closer to Jesus.”

This year at Worship in the Woods was so powerful, so good, so uplifting, so right on. God was there! He was all
over in the music and the air up on the mountain, the sky
was so blue and clear, the trees the greenest I’ve ever seen them.
The beauty of all that I have seen and experienced that weekend
will never be forgotten.”

Worship in the Woods was a taste of Heaven... a breath of fresh air...a time of healing and rekindling the necessity of praise and worship in my life.”

Worship In The Woods 17 - Our Retreat Theme: "The Presence Of God"
It's Camp Meeting Time! - Register Online
Friday, June 6 - Sunday, June 8, 2008
Fairview Lake, Stillwater, NJ
At "Worship in the Woods" we experience tremendously renewing fellowship, great Christ-centered teaching, wonderful worship and quiet reflection all in the beauty of God's awe-inspiring creation and the balm of glorious Christian unity.
Our blessed retreat theme this year is "The Presence of God."
Our anointed weekend retreat is being held at Fairview Lake's premier YMCA, a conference center, nestled at the base of the Kittatinny Mountains in Northwestern New Jersey. The YMCA’s 600 acre site, with beautiful, pristine mile-long Fairview Lake as its center attraction, is a virtually unspoiled natural wonderland! Our joyous praise and teaching services are held by the lakeside in the mornings, and beneath the stars around a campfire in the evenings. There's our absolutely fantastic Saturday morning hike and worship service atop the Kittatinny Ridge (optional, of course), a beautiful Saturday afternoon lakeside baptism service, a moving outdoor Sunday morning Communion service, and so much more!
Campgrounds are furnished with heated duplex- style cabins with 10 to 12 built-in bunks, (ladies & gentlemen bunk separately), with completely equipped indoor bathrooms and electric outlets. We'll enjoy six delicious, buffet-style meals together (from Friday evening's dinner through Sunday's lunch) at Fairview Lake's fully equipped dining hall facility, situated a short stroll from our cabins.
Registration for Worship In The Woods is $165
per person. This covers: your bunk Friday and Saturday night, all meals, all retreat services, and complete use
of the Fairview Lake YMCA facilities (swimming,
boating, fishing, basketball). Linens are brought from home (pillow, sheets and blanket or sleeping bag, towels and toiletries) but for those who desire it, the camp
offers an optional linen service (please see below). A letter of welcome and confirmation, along with driving directions, our weekend itinerary and a helpful list of items to bring will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration.
